Protection against attacks and website errors
Often the own website runs error-free for months, but then the website is extended or a plugin is installed and suddenly nothing works anymore. Or the website is attacked from the outside and a malicious code is deposited, which can be removed only laboriously from all files again. Exactly in this moment it is good to have access to a backup to solve problems quickly or to minimize damages.
A website backup helps
For our maintenance customers we offer continuous backups of the website and database, so that everything can be restored quickly in case of emergency. The backups are normally done monthly, but can be done weekly or daily if there is a need or a lot of changes. It does not matter if the website is hosted by Strato, Domainfactory, Hosteurope, 1&1 Ionos or any other provider. Also any system from simple HTML websites, to WordPress, Typo3 and others are possible.
New functions and additional protection
Updating plugins is also included in the maintenance package. Thus, the website is protected from attacks in the best possible way and on the other hand receives the latest functions. The updates take place in the same cycle as the backups, but can also run independently.
Be informed in time
To minimize downtime, we use monitoring tools. These alert us in a timely manner so that we can check if the server is down or if, for example, an attack has occurred. In case of emergency, we send a warning if and get straight to work.
